In Making it as a home baker and caterer, 4Lunch will be in conversation with Najwa, the founder of Sofra Cuisine & Cake. Najwa makes wedding cakes, cupcake bouquets, birthday cakes and more - all from her home kitchen!
Her beautiful cakes have even been featured on BBC North West, so Najwa has a lot of experience marketing her business. She will be sharing her top tips around creating a business which works around her family life, and showing that it is possible to run a successful food business from home.
The conversation will be hosted by Amy Win from 4Lunch, a social enterprise that has been delivering cookery classes, food business training and catering in Greater Manchester since 2013.
4Lunch are launching Recipe for Success, a new online course designed to help individuals and community groups to start their own food enterprises.
